My friend’s new business

My friend’s new business - Vincent Thomas

My best friend has always been interested in home design. It doesn’t matter if it’s interior or exterior, if you are doing something with your home he is always the first one willing to lend a hand and provide a little bit of advice about how you should be doing things. Granted he can get a little bit preachy at times with it, but I figure that just shows a level of passion for it that I simply don’t have.

Frankly, I’d always wondered why he didn’t make that passion his work, so it was no surprise to me when we went out for a drink the other day and he told me that he was getting into patio building and supply. He has always had a particular affinity for the garden so I’m glad he’s finally using that talent. He told me that one of the main things he needs to consider is his future customers’ demands, so he wants to make sure he has everything he needs in stock or close to hand. With that, the conversation turned to how he could find a good awning in Montreal supplier for those who want to add a layer of protection to a patio.

Obviously it’s very early days at the moment so he doesn’t know if he will need to find an awning in Montreal wholesaler of if he can find a company that sells them relatively cheaply that he could make use of. Personally I have my doubts that he would be able to install an awnings Montreal by himself so I reckon that he will eventually have to plump for getting a specific contracting company that can come and do the work for him. He thinks otherwise, mostly because he thinks he can keep costs down if he can figure out a way to do it himself.

In the grand scheme of things, he has a lot more to consider than simply an awning in Montreal. All the issues surrounding the setting up of a business need to be taken care of though he seems to have all of that I hand. He is nothing if not organised after all. Apparently he’s been saving money for this for years, which is something I didn’t know and we’ve known each other since we were in school. I guess it just goes to show that even your closest friends can surprise you every now and then.
